The Integration Manager will Lead a Work Management team responsible for coordinating a wide range of integration initiatives to enable the successful delivery of all work across a Nuclear Facility. This role is critical to the delivery of work across NNL Facilities in acting as a liaison between the programme and business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into solutions, decisions are made supporting the integration principles, and benefits are delivered on time and in high quality.
Role Responsibility
Main Responsibilities for Integration Manager:
- Develops and consolidates the overall integration roadmap, incorporating individual initiative plans.
- Develops work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to ensure deliverables are met effectively and efficiently.
- Manages relationships with a large number of business stakeholders.
- Deep engagement with individual workstreams to monitor progress, advise teams on solutions and planning.
- Identify interdependencies across workstreams, anticipate risks and issues.
- Drive issue escalation and practical resolution.
- Summarise and prepare high quality reports for senior leaders on a regular basis.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team and provides sign-off prior to engaging business stakeholders.
- Drives collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst project teams.
- Leads scenario planning, prioritisation of programme activities, conflict resolution and escalation to the Head of Site Operations.
- Work with the Site Leadership Team to resolve concerns relating to adverse performance at project, department or individual level.
- Strong working relationship with EHSSQ teams, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Collaborates with assurance teams to identify areas of improvement or further reduction in risks.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Criteria for Integration Manager:
- Experience in integration of project delivery within an operational production facility.
- Demonstrable experience in leading a team to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in programme management in a large scale complex programmes, with a proven track record.
- Demonstrate strong, communication and relationship building skills with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams.
- Evidence of shaping and developing innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation.
- Strong networking skills with good internal / external links.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with NNL business.
- Excellent business engagement and business acumen with sensitivity to political / economic environment.
- Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Commitment to continuous improvement; willing to proactively make suggestions on potential.
- Ability to obtain SC level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial and criminal record checks plus 5 years’ worth of UK residency).
